The manager of the Christmas tree department, showed great compassion today when the warranty department refused to do anything for me. She allowed me to exchange a faulty tree used for one Christmas only and did not work when I put it up this year. She made a believer of me in good service and I will remain a loyal customer of Rona. I have placed an order online with pick up on the store. It’s more than 3 days since they are still processing the order.
I have called Rona customer service & they tried to reach to store manager through email & phone & he was not responding for the last 3 days.
Customer service adviced me to cancel the order as she was not sure they will process the order.
