Don’t buy from this store, they are scammer, i ordered furniture from them they promised to deliver on the 10 of august, I still haven’t not received them, they say I have to pay full balance E- transfer before delivery I payed and I’m still waiting today is the 17 and no one is giving me accurate honest answer, everyday I call they lie to me and say your delivery is tomorrow, tomorrow comes they say after tomorrow, no manager no hoss no staff only one person answering phone calls without hones

Actually they don’t deserve any rating, absolutely rude abusive untrustworthy business practice- not sure how Ontario government is allowing such business to practice. I have no clue if I will my product or refund back seems I am stuck with these frauds

I ordered a sectional from Torbram location and paid the amount in full. They told us it will take 1-2 weeks due to covid delays. It has now been a month, they have told us three different delivery dates which they keep postponing - and all of which they have not fulfilled. Now both locations will not respond, or answer any of my phone calls. When I asked for a refund they told us that they were unable to do so. Do not buy from either of their locations as they have the worst customer service.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews! I had a satisfied purchase. I was looking to buy three stools for different purposes in my house. I am in totally in love with them and my younger son loved it well. Perfect finish with perfect size. Delivery charges were extra but was promptly delivered.

If there was an option for 0 stars I would have selected this option. This store does not respect or value their customers. They don it honour their contracts. Further, they fabricate various stories about why you don’t receive what you paid for. I have made countless calls over the course of one month inquiring about my custom made sofa. I have spoke to ‘store manager’ each time. Each time I was told a different story about the stairs of my sofa that was promised to be delivered 10’days after

During sales time Sales Person will agree to everything and may say your furniture will be delivered in one week. It took 1.5 months for delivery for my order and whenever I used to call earlier response is rude and standard answer it may come 3-5 days. They are not bothered about customer satisfaction but only one time sales. I do not recommend this store to anyone. This is worst my purchase experience in GTA.

I recently bought new furniture form this store near about $10000. One thing that I like alot of this store that the service is very fast and behaviour is too good. The quality of furniture is very well and I recommend to all people, please visit to the maple furniture and get furniture on reasonable prices.

Terrible place to buy furniture!! Rude workers and owners!! Absolutely they don’t do anything what they said after you paid them!! Frustrated result very cheap material they used!! They damaged our sofa when they delivered (wooden part was broken and fabric was ripped) they didn’t even try to fix it!! Our sofa was very simple costum made L shape but they turned to a terrible situation!! They don’t deserve your money!! Worst place don’t go!!

They have the worst Customer Service.The 2stars are only for the one kind sales woman. They made us follow up for more than 6 months via unlimited no.of calls, to just fix a power cord of my Recliner. The Manager Randi is a very rude guy I had to deal with. He speaks in a way that he doesnt care. They hardly care about fixing your issues, but rather throw a fit when you call and make you run around their branches to get stuff, rather than setting it up for you, even if its covered under warranty

DONT SHOP THERE!!! Worst Place ever!!!Delivery not on the day it is suppose to arrive. You stay home that day and they dont show up!! They want to be paid in full on the day of purchase and give the worst customer service I have ever seen! We purchased 3 pc. living room furniture and were suppose to get 4 matching pillows. No pillows arrived and we went to the store MANY MANY times with our receipt and now months later, still NO pillows!! You try to call them you get the FAX machine!
