EVERY single time...

EVERY single time I go there I ask how long the repairs will take and it take at LEAST twice as long. I'm tired of waiting 2.5- hrs for a 1 hr. job. People value their time! If I was told it would take so long I would have come another day so that I wouldn't have been late to work. BRUTAL!
