So let me just start by saying that I am not knowledgeable about cars in the slightest and they completely took advantage of this fact. My car overheated and they told me it would be a 500 dollar fix, as I did not have money to buy a new car a decided to repair it. After installing the new equipment they called me the next day to say they need another 160 dollars to put in a new battery! Could we not have figured this out before now? I agreed and picked up my car that night. I drove the car 16KM
