I had a traffic ticket on 12/07/2014 and went to court myself choosing 2nd option(early resolution). I was given date with the prosecutor on 2nd Nov, 2014. I met Santokh(Sam)Singh, manager. He guaranteed me there would be no record, no points and fees while signing up. He charged me $350. He called me on 3rd Nov. and said, "your case has been taken care of, you have to pay $110,there is no record, no points' but nothing was changed,just wasted money n time.
