Wow!! Couldn't believe the horrible experience.
Twice I was given appointments for tire installation, and after arriving there, both time they did not have the tires available. I understand things could go wrong in delivery from the warehouse, but the only thing I expected from the lady at the reception was to call me and postpone the appointment for another time. Worse is that, they won't even feel sorry and compensate you for your loss of time, gas and headache.
