WE GOT OTHER QUOTES,BUT WHEN WE COMPARED THE PREPARATION OF OUR JOB, THE QUALITY OF THE CONCRETE USED, AND HOW HE USED WIRE MESH/REBAR AND POURED A THICKER AMOUNT, WE DECIDED WE WERE GETTING BEST VALUE FOR OUR DOLLAR BY USING NORM EDMONDSON.
