I had the opportunity to work as a temporary employee with berical and appreciated the chance to contribute to the team. However, I felt that my hard work and dedication were not acknowledged or respected. It was disappointing to see temporary staff being treated as expendable, despite putting in the same effort as permanent employees. I hope the company considers providing more support and respect to all workers, regardless of their status
