Generator install caused damage to fibre optic line- we were without wifi for 40 days. Kristina (main point of contact at the time) asked us to keep them apprised of costs associated with damage. Overall 6:1 (my 6 attempts to his 1 response) with owner Scott, where he asked for wifi company damage outline which was provided, has yielded no further communication or resolution. We are not the first to experience these issues with Scott. Overall, speaks to the integrity and values of the company.
Worst experience ever. I was having a hot tub installed and the electrician kept trying to upsell me a panel upgrade. I am a construction engineer and I know for a fact I didn’t need one. I eventually had to tell the electrician to pack up and leave. I do not recommend this company.
Horrible experience with Generator install. I have a list of over 10 items in which damage or shotty work was performed. Most disturbing is when they used our fabric folding chairs as ladders and tracked mud all into them, ruining them.

I live in an area where I have common power outages I've been looking at generators for the past year. Decided to call one of generacs top of the list dealers. From the very beginning setting my appointment to my in home consultation with Jeff (one of the owners) he exceeded my expectations of detail and the execution of the installation, which I might add all happened in one day. No complaints and I'm a pretty finicky person! Would definitely recommend Calibre Electric to all. If you want to be treated like family and get the most bang for your buck choose Calibre!
