Went in, interested in the store and asked a woman working there a quick question about using hair dye on a dry scalp. Immediately she had asked if I had a membership with them and I said no considering maybe I should. Except right away i decidedno because she changed ger attitude ans said "sorry i can't help you then." Confused I said well its really a quick question about my safety please?" And she said "I don't know anything about hair youll have to ask your hairdresser." very shocking and rude behaviour, she could have asked if I'd like to sign up or ask another woman working there but she continued to be rude and unhelpful asking me to go somewhere else for information.
