Customer service is poor. The general manager’s way of talking to customers is very unprofessional. He’s definitely in the wrong line of work. He thinks it’s appropriate to call a customer a liar. I would think long and hard if you are thinking of making a purchase at this location.

DO NOT GET ANYTHING DELIVERED FROM THIS STORE. The delivery is terrible and the customer service is worse. The order underlined the old mattress and box spring should be moved to the curb. They were left leaned up against my garage door. The deliverymen were in a hurry and I did not check before they left. I was busy cleaning up mud and puddles on my carpet from their boots. I called cust service 5 min after they left was told too bad there was nothing they could do.
They didn’t deliver one of the five pieces of the bed set. They made my parents sign that they received everything, unknowingly that they didn’t receive everything. Now they are saying that our delivery guys are very good. We will check the cameras. If the camera shows that the item entered the truck from the wear house and it didn’t come back that means you have all the pieces. And we delivered everything. HOW ABOUT do you have a camera in the truck to show proof that YOUR GUYS didn’t take it
The wrong couch was delivered. I am trying to call and discuss and figure out how to get the RIGHT couch now and the LADY HANGS UP ON ME. SHE HANGS UP AND LAUGHS AT ME BECAUSE I AM ASKING IF THERE WILL BE DISCOUNT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!!!!! Who do I speak to and file a complaint regarding this employee?
I am so disgusted right now. My partners wonderful brother-in-law recently underwent some serious surgery and he and his wife purchased an expensive bed at Leons. The mechanisms in the frames would not function and Leons gave them the runaround for a week before the manager belligerently informed us that we would have to pay for a replacement frame until we brought the defective one back because they could not pick it up! Really Leons?!?
Worst service I have ever had. Ordered fridge, stove, dishwasher. Stove & dishwasher delivered on time. With no warning fridge not delivered. Advised to wait another week for delivery. $300 food spoiled including our wedding cake (yup, just married!) Offered $50 compensation. Never again!
My husband and I have been shopping around looking for a dinning room set and finally bought one at Leons. The quality of the furniture is amazing and the staff were so helpful! We are so happy!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. Products are great and priced well. We bought a twin bed last week and it’s our 3rd purchase from this store in the last 2 months. For me, this is the best place in Burlington to find good stuff for our home.
I received my new sofa bed today and I'm very pleased. I ordered it from Leon's Burlington store last week. What encouraged me to order this specific sofa bed was its discounted price. Also, the salesperson was very helpful and gave me a lot of good advice. Plus, he was just a really nice person. The sofa bed looks fantastic in my living room and functions really well. Thank you! I'll be shopping here in the future!
My husband and I bought a sectional and had it delivered today. The drivers left the couch in our front foyer. They said they were not able to take the sectional around back because it was a safety hazard. They said they might hit the meter that was attached to the house and the ground wasn't levelled enough. We had bought a washer, dryer and mattress from Leons before and there was no problem going around back. Looks like we had some lazy workers. When they left my husband wasn't able to close the door! I had to leave work early to help him as he was in a car accident and has a back problem. I called Leons and they told me that because my husband signed off on the couch we were stuck with it in the foyer. We were tricked into signing and now that we did it's not their problem, horrible Service !!! I even left a message at the head office in Toronto and still nothing.
