Great Escape Hot Tub Company

Have o Luv had GREAT service from GREAT Escape. From the purchase of our first hot tub to servicing our older model at our new home. I know where I will be a repeat customer when this old one needs replaced. I have recommended my friends to G.E and they too are happy I recommended G.E BLW

Very bad experience. There was a lot of delay and during the delay the pumps both ceased up and needed to be replaced. They quoted $1,800.00 for a refurbished jets pump and a new hearing pump. They also said that the hot tub might not be worth repairing. I went somewhere else and had the repairs done for $1,200.00, including tax and labour and both pumps were new. I think the person was a contractor and had a truck load of parts without boxes and no protection from the weather.

Buyer beware...th...

Buyer beware...these guys totally downplayed the true cost of heating a hot tub. It was triple what they estimated. They also didn't clean up after themselves after the install.
