Ordered parts in mid May, 2021. Still haven't received them. I was told one month, it has now been 3. Never answers or returns calls once he gets your money, when you do get ahold of him he pushes delivery to "next week". If I could provide 0 stars, I would, as the service that was paid for was never received, and he now avoids my calls for the past 3 weeks.

if this is the same guy Im dealing with I ordered parts this summer and he sent a partial shipment and since promise after promise with not result. not good customer services. Im starting to realize that I may never receive my kit.

Gave a $300 deposit master-card on parts ordered. The parts ordered were never completed. I was forced to call master card to recover my deposit which I did months later. The owner was condescending rude and unapologetic. Never deal with this individual.

BEWARE

John has had my dads car seats for over two years with the promise of it being ready every few weeks. Unfortunately we've had to accept he has no intention of ever getting them back to us. Caution you if considering using him as don't want you to have the disappointment we have had.
