Terrible service.. I’ve been a loyal customer and always gave the driver a great tip regardless because that’s the type of person I am. They didn’t even show up after placing a simple order around 5:30 when they close at 9:30. Called them again a couple hours prior to close to confirm they were coming and they said they would make sure the order would be delivered as ‘priority’. I was patient and waited until close, still did not receive my order. Don’t waste your time, they aren’t professional!
Niagara falls delivery is horrible I don't know why I even bother would be faster and no more money to have a cab take me to the beer store. . I am always told " be there is about an hour" I ALWAYS am calling back and being told they are busy it is just an estimate. OK FOLKS here is the truth !! I used to work for these guys they sit at the beer store until it they have enough calls to make it worth their while to leave! they will not do one order at a time!
