We had water leaking from upstairs washroom to one of the rooms in the basement. Wow, we were so impressed with Apex Company for great job done in diagnosing the source of the water leakage and fixed the problem including the repaired of the stucco ceiling within a limited time. Apex staff (Jim) maintained a clean work space and fair as quoted without up-charge. Overall experience is wonderful and we are very happy with the results and would not hesitate recommending this company.
