I've been coming here for two years since moving to Toronto. This place is fantastic IF you get the right doctor. The pharmacists are awesome. Dr. Mitchell is the best and there's a male doctor who is very good too but not there often. The other doctors are, frankly, horrid. Rude and condescending and I always leave them feeling worse than when I came in. Today one basically called me an idiot for not knowing what my blood pressure is normally. Well excuse me. Call ahead to find the good docs.
Horrifying experience. I left in tears and I will never, ever go back. I was treated with condescension when my answers to the doctor's questions were not deemed satisfactory. I found her quite rough and insensitive during the physical examination, and when I left, I felt my symptoms had been worsened from the exam. Unsatisfied with the outcome of her "care", I drove 2 minutes to another clinic for a second opinion, where I was given immediate satisfactory treatment.
We are sorry for the experience you had with one of the doctors here. We are working consistently to resolve any issues. There is always an answer for anything. We can always refer you to another doctor here that may be able to resolve your issues.

horrible experience
I took my 4 month old son in for immunization, before I went in, I called for several times to make sure if I need make an appointment, they told me: just bring him in, we can sneak him in for the shot!'. however, this 'sneak in' turned out to be 2 hours waiting in a crowded place. Maybe waiting is ok for adult, but for such a small baby waiting is a torture....I have to say if you can not predict how many people are coming in, at least tell us to make an appointment. And after the shot, the doc even did not tell us to wait for 15 mins before we can leave, such poor practice.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced at the Clinic. We have since made changes to the administrative and medical staff at the clinic and we hope to see you again and that you may have a much better experience with the new staff in place.

great service
Great team. Very courteous. Fast service and very friendly staff, from receptions, to doctors and pharmacist and everything in between.
The majority if not all medical offices will only contact you if there is something wrong with test results. At the end it is your responsibility to follow up since you should always ask the lab when to expect your results at your doctor’s office, after all it is your health. And not many offices will disclose results to you over the phone as they don’t know they are talking to you or who? I am glad that they don’t just give this information to anyone over the phone. You have to go see the doctor and discuss your results with him/her. I only see Doctor Trigaziz there, so I can only speak about him. Great doctor, the best I had ever found. Had been his patient for a few years now and go see him wherever he is because there is no other like him. Very compassionate and concern about your problems. He gives you the time of day and does not rush you out of his office with a prescription for Tylenol like almost all doctor.
This individual has been contacted and provided with the information she needed and was quite happy after our discussion. She received the clarity she was looking for and has scheduled another appointment. The patients at our clinic are overall quite happy but there will be times where somebody will not be happy. As the administrator I try to resolve these issues in an amicable manner should they arise and the end result is always quite positive.

Great Clinic!
This is a great clinic! The team works well together. The medical doctor, chiropractor, massage therapists and pharmacy are a fantastic team. They care about your health and make you feel great.
