This service is beyond horrible. They are rude and unprofessional. You call to cancel one way pick up, and they don’t show up at all!!! When you call to ask them what happened, they are rude and blame you for the mixup! Then you have a primary age child waiting without a ride. They refuse to remidy their mix up..
Horrid, horrid service. Why the YRDSB keeps these ppl on contract is beyond me!
Terrible business. Agree with previous posters, most drivers are rude and the office staff is also rude, abrupt and generally uncaring about their clients. It's us that pay your salary! You think you'd run a better business. The education board needs to find a new company to replace these unprofessional people ASAP. Everyone I talk to says the same things. Rude drivers, rude staff. Unacceptable for a company dealing with children and families I believe.
