Bernice has great knowledge of colour matching. She spent a great deal of time helping us choose the right colours for our home to match our oak trim. She also recommended we paint our white doors the same colour as the walls to tone the the bright white. To our surprise, it was very rich looking. Thank you Bernice for all your help !! To the lady that commented bad service, you must have been in Exeter !!

I have used the Grand Bend decorating Centre for many DIY projects. Bernice the owner is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She once spent hours with me to try and determine the best colour for back painted glass that I was using for a backsplash. Bernice is helpful with colour choice and even does home consultations. We are fortunate to have this business in Grand Bend.

Excellent customer service.

I would never recommend this center to anyone. The customer service was disgusting. I can only assume that the woman I dealt with was the owner. She had no interest in helping us at all. She was ignorant and honestly should be institutionalized. I planned to contact the supplier so that they are aware of how their product is being represented.
