Great program

I was diagnosed diabetes since 5 years and since then I been having fluctuating sugar level and unable to bring it down, I joined the program almost 1 year ago, my sugar is always on target, very professional and friendly staff ,they spent lots of time educating me around meds, food and exercise, I enjoyed the fittness facility and the guidance by the program exercise specialist, it is a great opportunity for diabetics in Guelph, great work diabetes care team, keep up the good work, God bless you AA
