I have only indulged in the chicken filled ROTI here and it is really quite good, arguably the best in the area. I have been from Hamilton to Toronto in search of the perfect roti. I have tried 8 restaurants in total. My only regret is that I didn't find this place first. It is right in our backyard here in Hamilton! Why I bothered to write a review is that A) their rotis taste great, B) their service is great and C) their quality is very consistent, important! My only criticism is that the Roti can be heavy on the oil for some reason, I did not find this elsewhere, it does not seem to bother me but upsets my wife’s stomach which means I don't get to order as much as I would like to!!

Authentic West Indian cuisine. Excellent portion sizes. The Jerk Chicken is very, very hot, but also tasty. The Beef Roti is delicious, and not nearly as hot as the Jerk Chicken. You cannot go wrong with the Chicken Fried Rice, a mild and flavourful dish. You can spice the dishes to your liking with the provided hot/pepper sauce. It's best to phone ahead and place your order. Sandra, the owner/chef, is super friendly.

This place is so good, it is mainly for take out but you can eat inside. The service is just as good as the food. The meal size's are big. I know that me and my family will be come back here again and again.

Nice Spot: big portions!

I love this place. The food is prepared pretty quickly, and the portions are very filling. The dholl purri are huuuge, and the prices are ok (a bit on the higher side, but still reasonable for the amount given) Services is always nice and polite. I never ate at the place (only a few tables and chairs). Always take out. Great place, highly suggest trying it out.

Hidden gem

I literally stumbled upon this place and am so glad I did. Everything was amazing. Sandra, who runs the place, was very nice and helpful. She helped me pick from their rather large selection of food and authentic sodas. The food is not just limited to Caribbean but includes West Indian as well. The restaurant is mainly for pick-up but there are a few tables for eating in. Sandra said that it's best to call ahead for your order in any case to make sure you don't have to wait. I will definitely be visiting again . . . soon!
