I rented a Kia forte from dime car rentals on Barton street in Hamilton. The lady who works there was the most unprofessional and the most annoying person I have ever met. I rented the car for 2 months costs me almost $ 3000 and felt like I was being stalked by them. The lady called me every day all day long it got to a point where I had to block her number. My friend went with me to get the car but it was for me and he was not on the contract. When I had finally had enough of the phone calls from her every day she decided to look up my friends phone number to his house and started harassing him as well. And on top of all this she ran my credit card for another $700 without my consent, I even had to get the fraud department involved at MasterCard. I would would never use this company again and to anyone thinking of renting from this company then be prepared for a ton of head aches and strait up BS

My car was spotl...

My car was spotless! However, talking to the lady at the front, Jenn, was the worst customer experience I ever had. She was rude and talked down to me. At one point, she actually told me she would rather me leave than deal with people like me when all I did was ask questions about renting a car for the day while mine is being detailed. When I asked about the different rates, she got frustrated and told me to look it up! And I heard her talk to the employee, calling him USELESS!
