Again the team at Drain Rescue plumber came to the rescue! This time, the kitchen sinks werent bleeding & I couldnt find the clog. Im caring for my elderly father, so the sink problem was a significant matter for me. Urgently, I called them at Drain Rescue plumber, explained the issue & the situation. They pressed us into their schedule & fixed the problem. They saved my parents vast amount of money. I highly recommend their service to everyone.
A plumber came to my house after I had called to check my sump pump conditions. He immediately stated that plumbing and other plumbing concerns were not to code. He tried to scare me to by saying it was illegal. He then wrote me a estimate of $4100 + HST to fix the problems. I called the City of Hamilton bylaw office and the Ontario Building code office, and found that he was wrong and was trying to bully me into paying this bill for nothing. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
Came quickly to review problem with back up of septic tank into house. Located source with camera inspection. Arranged for next day emergency service to replace pipe between tank and house. Kept their service commitment and operated professionally to complete the work on time and budget.
Denys was polite and knowledgeable of his work. Told me straight up what it would cost and what to expect, didn't beat around the bush. He was thorough and solved the issue. I will use them again but hopefully not for a very long time.
