Have had no problems with them. Love that they are a family owned business. Sometimes people want unrealistic cuts for their hair types. They do their best. I have always left happy. Amazing job with bridal parties

Great service, friendly staff. I got the exact hairstyle I wanted.

In spite of having an appointment I have to wait one hour and twenty two minutes to be assisted ; while two persons than came after me were helped. I am guessing that the salon have enough business to worry about the opinion of one customer, which I think is a really bad business attitude. It would have been nice if someone has taken the time to let me know that will be a long wait, rather than ignore me.

Please do not waste your money if you have an image in mind that you want your hair to look like. I am pretty knowledgeable with hair color and realize sometimes you can't get the hair the color you want due to many factors, but when I show you where I want the placement of the color through pictures and verbally I expect as much. I went in for a balayage and got chunky brassy/yellow highlights all over my head. Would not accompdate to fix or refund.
