Not only did we not get our order but it took months to finally have our refund issued, not to mention we lost a whole season of riding due to their lack of communication. They advertise products they don't even own in hopes that they can outsource from the appropriate distributor. They shouldn't be called Royal Distributing, they are more a kin to a shady Amazon Dealer who makes promises they can't keep. I been in the auto trade 35 years hold titles as head tech and service manger at a big dealership . I Fit motorcycle and atv at a hobby growing up with them. I been dealing with (ALEX) at the parts count for about 3 years he knows he's stuff and if he don't he'll work to find out you need more like him thanks for your help over the years
I am a big guy and had so much trouble getting a riding jacket. Called them and was told what to do to get it shipped in. Then Jason helped me with a helmet and gloves plus some shoes. Great sales people Jason was knowledgeable and helpful go see him for all your needs.
I bought the incredible Sloan Caledon eclectic bike about a month ago. I was on the trails and got caught in a downpour. The bike just stopped working and I had to peddle home. When I took it back to Royal I explained that it was my primary source of transportation they went out of there way to get me back on the road. When I got the call that my bike was ready I could tell by his voice that he was proud of the work he had done. Thanks for a great job well done
Don’t order stuff online based on their fitment guide. Ordered ski runners and of course they don’t fit. So thought I’d double check before requesting service. Found another web site that show fitment to same machine but also has diagram with measurements. Guess what, it matches my needs. Call Royal to let them know that the product they are selling has the mounting bolt 1” greater than needed to fit. Response was, never had any other customers complaints so return it to them at my cost. Nice.
