Infested with Bed bugs, roaches and rats!! I lived here 2 months (because I couldn't find another place to live)...and all I can say is YUCK!! Don't move to 720 Princess St. No heat as well.

Bed bugs, cockroaches, rodents, no heat, and no one who can do anything about it cares.

Tried renting us an apartment, claimed it was getting renovated and would be ready for september, we moved in in September and the place was clearly unfinished. Floors, walls, bathroom, counters, literally nothing done. Do not trust these people, do not rent here ESPECIALLY if its being renovated

I have lived here for almost 3 years and i have had nothing but good things to say about my time here. The landlord has gone out of his way to look after my needs. I lived in Toronto for years and experienced far worse landlords than here. Keep up the good work!!!

There were mice and no heat. The landlords were horrible and the building is a giant health hazard. Not wheelchair friendly and there website is full of lies. The building is not safe and people have yo call the police multiple times a week. I would never ever live here again

I think this is a great business
