ACT has a new cli...

ACT has a new clinic up on princess street and i must say i have a husband who has struggled with an addiction for YEARS and this clinic not only tried getting his dose wrong, also told him he isnt eligible for 2 samples a week when DOWN TOWNS ACT said he is, his doctor said downtown said he was also eligible for his first carry the following week and when he goes in to the new one the following week they say HE ISNT?! I am sorry but i wouldnt recommend this clinic to ANYONE.

We are somewhat confused by your comments regarding our ACT Princess Street location,in that both Kingston sites are operated by the same personnel under the same policies and procedures. ACT operates identically in all of our locations. All ACT sites operate under the same CPSO guidelines whereby patients qualify for "carries" by providing clean samples. As well, all ACT clinics allow for samples to be left twice per week. With stability and clean specimens patients qualify for carries exactly the same at ALL locations. We regret the confusion and trust that this helps clarify our ACT policies.

This company seems to only care about how much money they make, not about clients. Difficult to obtain support from.
