DO NOT GO

Totally ruined my hair. I had Jen as a stylist and got a balayage blonde. First of all, they turned out very yellow even after an expensive toner treatment done at Luce, in addition, the highlights have straight lines where the paint brush is on every single layer except the very top!! Obviously a huge flaw, as anytime i change my hairstyle or part the highlights look cheap. As well, was given treatments i did not ask for and was charged for them, and was given the wrong info about student disc.

I was a regular customer at Luce for two years. I can't imagine the amount of money I spent there. i had some concerns after my last colour which was okay but not what I was after. Some of the highlights weren't quite the right colour. I sent a gently worded email hoping they could tweak it a little. After two years as a very regular customer, they never even called or emailed or anything. While most of there styles are outstanding, customer service is important too. I won't go back.

Treat me right

I have gone there about 8 times now and i have been treated like royalty. They offer water before even asking if I have an appointment. As well, I never have an appointment because I'm never sure when I'll be available but they always seem to have the time to fit me in on extremely short notice. Both Alister and Chelcea have been my stylists and they have always done an amazing job! I have recomended this place to many of my friends. Also they have a great estitision that does my eyebrow anytime i need them and she is super gentle! All in all, this place is A-1
