Called Friday night, got a call back first thing Monday morning and serviceman was on our doorstep just after noon. Gas oven problem fixed quickly without fuss, bother or gobbledegook. Just fast, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful service. This country needs more service businesses like this!

Needed a part for an older Maytag. She was easy to talk to on the phone and was able to think outside the parts catalogue. My husband was able to match up the part from an assortment she had on hand and the machine is working again! Amazing service for such a tiny part. Customer service at its finest!
