Terrible management. Do not stand behind what their employees promised. Store on sunrise called in their warehouse because they didn’t have the size and warehouse said they would exchange junior skates without receipt as they were too big. Management refused which cost me a trip for nothing. Sunrise store said they would work with me on something because they felt bad. But this store was extremely unpleasant. I would strongly recommend to stay away.
On Friday Sept 14,2018 my son had his brakes checked for noise. Once the car was ready he drove home from college for the weekend. On Sunday while driving back his tire FELL OFF on the HWY. The company reviewed and on Sept 20 contacted us to say they have a video in the shop that shows the mechanic tightened the nuts. No compensating no sorry no assistance with anything. HIS TIRE FELL OFF. Really?????
Great service. I only have a few complains. Its a very small store compared to othere so the selection was very small as well and a lot of things just arnt located here. I was in my work cloths so I was totally dirty and a couple of the staff were singling me out. I got followed abound the store like they were expecting me to put something in my coat and that pissed me off the most. I hate it when people think Im a theaf. I dont steal. I
