My husband recently lost his wallet in a City Cab. We were pleased to get the wallet back with all contents including the cash. We have always been loyal City Cab customers and will continue to be. From the office staff to all the drivers we have encountered have been courteous & professional. This is just one more example of a positive memorable customer experience with City Cabs.

I was looking to go to Toronto airport and I called City Cabs. A robot answer me and ask if I need to be picked up from the location I was calling. I choose yes and when the taxi came the driver told me he is not ready to go to the airport. So I have to unload the luggage and call for a mire reliable compaby. Embarassing...

Your company ruined my whole morning because when I called they never sent a cab out for me, I'm a daily customer and the dispatcher did not care that my morning was fudged because they didn't do their job and send a car out for me.people have jobs and timelines etc. don't fuck with those timelines and not give a shit, I'm paying you make it worth my hard earn money.
