Poor sales service... very displeased

Stay away from this place, sales requests not followed through, incompetent service department, owner will not help only backs up staff over customer relations. Word on the street, stay away!

As a new rider, I have never had a problem with this company. They have always been kind, courteous, knowledgable and shared their knowledge and experience with me. They did the 1st oil change and tightened everything up. Selling a bike on consignment, you will get more by selling privately.

Had another fabulous experience today at Hully Gully. From Rob who sold us our machine, to Amanda for the financing then last but surely not least Tammy in service. Great group of folks highly recommend them for all your toy needs;)

Don't store your stuff here. They offer NO responsibility if something happens. Their property caught fire and ruined other people's properties and they have yet to claim any responsibility, offer to refund the storage fees, or even offer an apology. Need a place to store your stuff over the winter? Look elsewhere. If something happens, it's out of your pocket, not theirs. Need a bike? Looks somewhere that doesn't mark up the prices by a ridiculous percentage. Pathetic business practice.

Went to sell bike, made rude comments about myself and bike. Highly suggest not going there to sell toys or trade in
