Lowes oes not honour the price match in accordance with their published policy. In addition the staff as the store are abrupt and unhelpful. When standing at customer services desk they do not try and connect people to department which is being asked for but hang around talking until they feel the customer has waited long enough to be told that whoever they wish to speak to is with another customer. Disgraceful.
