I can't recommend this funeral home. Weeks ago I was advised that I could pick up my partners ashes within a six month time frame. I have just been advised that this isn't so, that ashes need to be picked up in 30 days. I'm having to scramble because I don't have the lead time that I thought I had.
I've tried to use their online form twice and haven't received an answer both times. They claim that a response will come in 15 minutes.
It's been very distressing.
I was attending the service of a friend and the funeral director was extremely rude and snippy with the group. As well as the daughter of the woman who had passed away. It was very disrespectful.
