No stranger to helping others, Nancy Macivor became a lawyer in 1993 after a successful administrative career in the nursing field. She initially worked for a civil litigation boutique, specializing in hospital defense. Her strong interpersonal and negotiating skills in addition to her interest in the family eventually drew her to the practice family law. She started her own firm in 1994 and today remains its sole practitioner.
