Was a loyal customer for - OVER A DECADE.... had an issue where an alarm was going off in the house - maybe smoke alarm battery? Checked them both and once touching one it’s now “ tampered with”so service call needed- okay fine. Explained the situation - said it’s a fire/smoke alarm - The tech hadn’t a clue to which alarm was hard wired/ wireless to the system.....spent time doing nothing and DIDNT EVEN BRING AN ALARM TO REPLACE and DAMAGED the ceilings .all calls ignored ...AVOID this Company
