Very helpful on two visits.
April 22/23 2022 - Needed a repair a part on my central vac and it was handled promptly and professionally. Bob even replaced a belt at no cost. I had to bring it back again and that repair was done right on the spot, in less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend this store!
We renovated our basement few months back and my contractor was not able to turn on central vacuum outlets. Very Painful. He tried few guys known to him but 2+ months passed by. Last week a good friend Ben, referred me to call BOB at Mississauga. A very friendly guy. Yesterday Mike the technician came onsite and got everything up & running in less than an hour, WOW! that was unbelievable. Very friendly and professional service and BOB is now more like a professional friend to me. Thanks
Last week I brought my Hoover vacuum for repair at vacuum factory. At the beginning, the manager of the store told me that it will be repaired at NO COST as my vacuum is still under warranty (6 months old).After one hour only he called me and said that it will cost more than $100 to fix it and pushing me to buy a new one from his shop where he dealt with me very rudely, unprofessional and impolitely. I will never come back to his store, as I felt he is not honest to deal with. NOT RECOMMENDED.
A great big thank you to the Vacuum Factory! They were able to fix my 41 year old filter queen and make it look and work like new! They were helpful, friendly, professional and courteous! They obviously know their products and how to please their customers! If you need to repair your vacuum, look no further - this is where you want to bring it!Thanks!

I brought my vaccuum in a couple months ago and had no issues with the repair they did under warranty. I had to bring it back for the same reason last week. I received a call, and was told by the manager I would have to replace the new parts they had put in, because he said they're defective. I asked why I should have to pay and he kept referring me to speak with Hoover. When I kept trying to dig a bit deeper, he became rude and disrespectful with me.
