Beware this company. If they show up on the scene of a collision tell them DO NOT TOUCH YOUR TRUCK. They charges me $3000 for 1 hrs work and less than 30 km total towing, within business hours. While trying to get the rate adjusted he claims the flat rates set by the city are $595/hr with a min of 4 hrs. LIES. When I started asking him more questions about his company he hung up on me. BEWARE THESE GUYS! DO NOT USE. This should have cost no more than $800, and that is on the very high end.
