Beck Taxi Ltd

I was refused a ride today by a driver who, without speaking to me, assumed i was on wheel trans because of the building in which I live.I had to phone Beck and ask them for a driver who wanted to be paid by me. They must miss a lot of business that way.Then there was some argument by the next driver about the address he was to pick me up at my bank and he claimed that the bank address clearly displayed on the bank building was the same as the address on the drug store next door.

My driver had terrible body odour. When I arrived home my husband told me the smell had attached to me! I tried to call and keep this confidential, but the operators would not connect me. Directed me to an e-mail which does not have a complaint option.

Driven off route and forced to pay for it. Unprofessional

Horrible, and carless drivers

Beck is horrible, I get yelled at by the driver because I wanted to pay with Debt, he said I should have told him at the beginning of trip. Beck Taxis are required to have a working Debt machine or they're not suppose to be working. So he wants me to pay for him to take me to ATM, I refuse and say I'm not paying for him to take me to ATM. When he finally drops me off I ask for his ID Card, he throw it at me. As I'm getting out & the door is still open he speeds away & the tire hits my foot.

Terrible!!

Ordered a cab one time, waited for about 15 mins, had to call 3 times to re order a car, and within those 3 times 2 were somehow canceled (which I personally hadnt) did not even recieve a call about cancellation. Was very late to my destination, was very upset, cars are always dirty and barfed up, definitely would not call them if I had to wear fancy dress.
