They always change your appointment time and they give you such a short notice that you have no choice but to agree with it. Once they called me to reschdule 2 minutes before my appointment however they expect you to call them 24 hrs prior to make any changes to your appointment. The receptionists are rude and any time you request to see Dr.Terk, they refer you to his junior colleauge Dr. Kim which doesnt make sense. People go there to see an experience dentist which would be Terk himself. We have dealt with them for more thatn 4 years and we had enough. They don't care enough, as if they got too many clients, that kind of attitude. You also have to pay for parking, they do not validate parkings. There is an underground parking which allows you to park for one hour only , but they usually take longer.
