The Hair Spot is nothing but a 1.5 star barber shop wanting to be a five star salon. Palma is extremely rude and unprofessional. If customers only knew what is being said behind their back they would never return. In other words, gossiping is their specialty. They think they are never going to run out of customers, but for their information there are a lot of options out there that offer better services. Never again!!!!

Fatima has been styling my eyebrows for about 5 years now and I couldnt be happier! Wonderful service, she really knows what shes doing and a good price for what youre getting. Palma is great, always gets my hair the perfecy shade of blonde.

Good job, worst service I have ever experienced

Fatima, their eye-brows designer did perfect job designing and tattooing my eye brows. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. Since the salon closes at 6, for two hours required for the tattoo application and two touch-up appointments I traveled an hour from my work place and asked for two hours off from work. Also, to secure the time spot, I, normally, booked my appointments two weeks in advance. It worked for my initial application and I liked Fatima’s work very much. So, when she suggested making a touch-up for my previously done eyeliner I agreed enthusiastically and booked the appointment for the final touch up for brows and touch up for eyeliner. On the day of the appointment, before asking for time-off from my boss, I called a salon to double check if there were no changes in the schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, Fatima informed me that she was too busy to do scheduled services for me. She suggested me to come another day. No apologies! They even tried to present things in a way that it was my fault that I did not explain what exactly services I required. It was such nonsense given two weeks advanced booking and my phone call the same day! I was shocked. I asked why they did not tell me on the phone about the changes in the schedule. They told me that they had no time to call everybody about the changes with appointments. This rude response irritated me to the point that I walk out the salon. This is the reason for three stars – 5 for the job done – 1 for the service.
