I needed to pick up some additional items from a previous purchase. Sales team was happy to assist me even though my previous purchase was made at the other location.

Great and friendly staff. I spoke with Tasmina and she answered all of my questions. I'm currently renovation my kitchen and I purchased my granite counter top, tiles, and backsplash from them.
Don't buy your tiles here unless you have money to flush down the toilet.
Worst experience ever, they're just out to get your money.
They delivered cracked and broken tiles. I went to return them and they wouldn't take it back. They didn't care if I came back as customer or not. They had the nerve to say "we don't care".
We thought we'd help support their business rather then a big box store, little did we know, they're just out to leave you empty pocketed then hang to dry.
