I have booked online with this location 5 times in the last year and always had excellent service. This time I booked and after booking I noticed that I was being charged per kilometre. Never happened the previous 5 bookings so I immediately cancelled. Even after speaking with several people at their help line including a supervisor they charged me $50 for a 5 minutes booking. All legal but not ethical. Buyer beware. Will never use again.
