I went with my husband last week. Food is amazing and service is great.
I had an excellent dining experience here in the last couple of times. There is an opportunity to sit across from the cooks which my wife really enjoyed. I hope she learned something. The pizza was delicious. the soup was fresh and excellent. The service was very good. Various waiters taking things away from tables not assigned to them. Teamwork at its best. I will be back

average Italian-American food; dishes sound good, made with fresh ingredients but don't have much taste to them. Service is fine. Someone who likes to cook could do better at home themselves
Once a month we, THE GIRLS, get together for a little pampering and tonight we chose Paradiso Restaurant. We enjoyed the appetizers and particularly the mushroom caps! We ended up ordering a second order they were soo good! Presentation was nice and the gnocchi was unique ! Everything was delicious! Service was great ... we were there for awhile and really enjoyed the atmosphere! WE will definitely be back ... maybe even with our husbands!LOL

This restaurant is wonderful. I do not understand the previous reviews ... The people are friendly. the service excellent and the food was great! The wine list has a great selection showcasing some great wines and some better selections for those who ask! Food was appealing to all the senses. Presentation was very nice and flavors were consistent with presentation. I am an Italian and let me say the Gnocchi were the best I have ever eaten including my Grandmothers whose come close! I wanted to like this place but was not impressed, our first impression (outdoor) left alot to be desired, Once inside we were asked if we had a reservation (not sure why, there were plenty of tables available). The Appetizers took quite a bit of time to arrive, the service was good, the waitress apologized for the delay. Although the presentation was nice, the crab cakes were cold. The gnocchi were not at all what we expected, the pasta was okay. The chicken was not cooked properly, it was not cooked through so we returned it and the manager took it off the bill. I won't be returning to this restaurant, not worth the money!
We are not going into detail,howeer the food and service is absolutely terrible.I can make a much better tomato sauce blind folded.
Although we have found the food and service enjoyable at Paradiso, and find it a regular place to gather for lunch, I will have to agree with other reviews about the SEATING. I hope management reads this review and will instruct servers to please stop placing customers in the least desirable spots (ie in the back, near the kitchen) when there are plenty of empty tables in far better locales. I see that I am not the only customer who has run into this problem. The service otherwise has been efficient.
I am not waisting my time in a long winded review. After reading this site, I can see now this place has people writing good review, hence the 10s!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE, FOOD SUCKS, NEVER GOING BACK AND TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW AND POSTING EVERYWHERE I CAN. PEOPLE POSTING 10S, STOP, Either you work there, are family or something. 10 I hardly think so!!!! Nough said!!!! Signed - Ripped off!
We arrived early, 5:30, and without a reservation, but not early enough apparently as we were escorted through the noisy kitchen and seated right outside the washrooms, passing a grand total of 6 occupied tables. Our meal started with a nice bottle of wine (you can purchase a 2005 PL Shiraz at the local LCBO for $30 less)The kalamari we ordered could have replaced the tire on my vehicle. The entrees were okay, however won't bring us back. No point having dessert! My husband spent the evening directing the customers to their washrooms.
Excellent, we had great dining experience. The food and service was wonderful. We would definitely come back again and would highly recommend Paradiso to our friends and colleagues. Thanks for a great evening.

My 5 year old daughter ordered chocolate milk and because they didn't have it, our friendly waiter Keith ran across the street to a little corner store to buy her some!!!! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very lovely and we enjoyed the background music as I always enjoy listening to soft jazz or other pleasant music while eating as it adds to the entire experience. My parents were also very impressed and we enjoyed the white house wine. Thank you for the lovely evening and we will come again.
What a great restaurant. Upon first entering the restaurant we were cheerfully greated by someone and taken to a table right away. The bread served before the meal was fantasic, the salad was crisp and full of flavor. The wine list had a little bit of everything for everyone. And the veal chop was perfect. Cooked to perfection and the risotto was brilliant. The open kitchen was interesting to watch and made me feel comfortable about where my food was coming from. What a fantastic evening. We will be back for sure
My wife have visited Paradiso many times. The food has been fairly consistently good. We've tried many items on the menu. Moroccan chicken is a favourite. The wine list is good, the staff knowledgeable and service has always been excellent.
Seriously one of the best dining experiences I have ever had the pleasure of paying for. They do everything right... the service was outstanding, the food was fantastic looking, incredible amount of flavours and on top of that hald decent size portions for the reasonable price! The wine list is an interesting one with lots to choose from. I can't wait till the summer comes to try their patio!
