Right from the start it was a bad experience. I phoned to book my two large dogs (huskys) and asked if I should bring them in one at a time or together. I told her more than once what kind of breed they were. When I showed up to the appointment with both dogs like she said to, she took one look at them and said she didn’t have me booked in that day.
