We have a loan with them and for the first 6 months they refused to update any credit bureau saying it wouldn't affect our credit, I had the loan 75% paid off so I got fit up and had transunion investigate them and finally they updated and when they did my hubby score went up 33 points. Now yesterday I get a email saying his credit report changed and was expecting a rate increase as everything is paid on time instead got a 10 point decrease because fairstone added a 2nd account that we dont have
