Worst company to deal with. They never even finished my roof. They won't return calls. Beware. They don't honor warranty. I've had many roofs done in my life and this is by far the worst company to deal with. It would be very foolish to deal with this company
We had a negative experience with Gentry Roofing. They put a new roof on our house in December 2009, with "a guaranteed peace of mind", i.e. with 20 years of the workmanship warranty and 25 years of shingle warranty. However, a serious leak in the roof appeared this summer, in 2015. Our repeated calls, requests on their website and emails to the company all went ignored. We needed to hire a different contractor to avoid further damage to the house.
