Appliance Surgeons is the only repair company I will do business with. I have had repairs done by the "bog box" stores and never receive proper service. I was shocked to read the negative review but then I realized it is from another company. It speaks volumes when you have to come online to insult another company because nobody else is doing it.

I had major repairs done to both my washer and dryer; the service call from beginning to end was outstanding! The Office Manager - Jasmine took the time and patience to not only ensure an appointment was made to fit my hectic schedule, but she explained all the specifics that were involved with the repairs. The Technician - Tony was a delight and did not try to rob me blind like some other companies (who will remain anonymous for now). Tony provided all of the information that I required in a calm and professional manner, while three kids were running in the background. Tony also said that I DID NOT have to purchase a new washer and dryer, unlike the advice I was given by another company. Appliance Surgeons completed my repairs in a timely and cost effective manner. The most important thing for me is I was treated with respect - coupons can't give you that!
P.S. Appliance Surgeons is a member of the BBB, and has an A plus standing with them. I just don't invite any Joe blow into my house. I will always do my research, before acquiring any service repairs.

I had Appliance Surgeons fix a broken appliance a few weeks ago. The person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and had a technician to my house in no time. The price was very competitive and the work was professional. I will definitely be calling them again if something breaks down!
