Good stock, great service.

Went to pick hardwood from the Dragona showroom with our contractor who deals with them a lot. Bought enough to redo almost the entire house. Nobody remembers anyone telling us it was a final sale. Had 7 unopened boxes left and called Dragona who confirmed we could return them. Rented a van and brought them, only to be told for the first time that it is a special order and cant be returned. We are out for the flooring, the van rental, and got yelled at by the manager. Horrible customer service.

I had a good laminate flooring at a very good price for my condo. I was taking 800 sq foot and it was ending this inventory lot. The employee was nice and collaborative. I went back a couple of time for advices and complete some small purchases for buĺl nose for the stairs. The underlay flooring was of a very good quality for noise barrier and at 1/3 the price of comparable underlay at Lowes and Home Depot. I had and will refer this supplier a thousand time.

Please people trust me don’t go there !!!!!

My initial experience with salesman was pleasant. He did measurements to replace 4 rooms with carpet. Later I decided for stairs only. I paid for the carpet and left. At this point his whole demeanor changed. I was charged 25% more on installation and was supplied inferior underpad while I agreed to GOLD quality. upon calling they said this was the best. unhappily I relented as stairs were bare & nails were sticking out & it was risky. Installers left a mess behind. I would not recommend them.

Floor is not same...

Floor is not same as one on desplay. Wrong wood for stairs nosing. Half of vents are one style and other half is different style.

No more frustration

After having visited several flooring stores and not being satisfied with the level knowledge of sales people, I visited Dragona Flooring. Needless to say the staff that had helped me choose the proper selection of Laminate and Porcelain tile were very knowledgeable and helpful with their suggestions. They have a wide variety flooring products and accessories. We will most definitely be returning for Hardwood for my family room and more Laminate flooring for our "Man cave".
