If I could give it zero stars I would. Dropped off a club to be re-shafted on the 28th of November. The order says to be picked up on the 3 of Dec. Today is the 7th and work has not started because a machine is broken. When I asked why they didnt call to tell me it would be late they told me they would only call when it was ready. What? You committed to 3 Dec and don understand why you should call when you miss that date and have not even started work on it. Time for customer service training.
