Unprofessional staff especially manager (May 7, 2021 4-5pm shift). He abused me verbally without once hearing what I had to say until I left.. he needs to be fired! All I wanted was a refund so I could go home instead of wait the ENTIRE 30 minutes I waited outside the window for a mobile order they charged me for already without serving me.
